Rodrigo became CEO of Billy Pugh Company in August 2026. He brings more than 20 years in offshore energy and marine safety, most recently as Commercial Director, Oil & Gas at Lalizas/Alexander in Houston, and earlier with Halliburton.

Ray ColemanChief Operating Officer

Ray joined Billy Pugh Company as Chief Operating Officer in August 2026. He brings more than 30 years of executive, operational and production management experience in the oil and gas industry, including roles at Akita Drilling, Katch Kan USA and Salunda, across land and offshore operations worldwide.
