This Privacy Policy explains how Billy Pugh Company, LLC ("BPC", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.billypugh.com (the "Website") or contact us through it.

Information you give us. When you use the quote or contact form, we collect what you enter:

  • The products you are interested in and your message

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the Website, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Cookies and analytics

The Website does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and does not use advertising or retargeting pixels. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy first.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your quote request or inquiry, including routing it to the authorized distributor for your region
  • To provide the products and services you ask about and to follow up on them
  • To operate, secure and improve the Website
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use the information you submit through the Website to send you marketing email unless you ask us to. Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

  • With the authorized Billy Pugh distributor for your region, so they can respond to your request
  • With service providers that run the Website for us: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security) and Resend (delivery of form submissions to our inbox). They may use the information only to provide these services to us
  • With our affiliated companies, including our parent company, Forfend Industries Inc.
  • When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of BPC, our customers or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was given, such as answering your request and maintaining our customer records, and as required by law. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention policy.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Know or access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising (we do neither)

Children's data
