Key Design Features
- Designed to ASME B30.23-2022 "Personnel Lifting Systems", with a structural calculation package sealed by a registered Professional Engineer (State of Texas)
- Designed using finite element analysis
- Fixed counterweight system; suspends 2° upward when empty and declines 4° with the cantilever fully loaded
- Every basket is proof load tested to 125% of the working load limit and incline tested during the load test; results are recorded on each unit's Certificate of Verification
- 11 ft (3.35 m) cantilever reach; three persons work in the outermost cantilevered section
- Inward opening, spring latching door
- Internal handrails around the full perimeter of the work area
- Dedicated padeyes for personnel fall protection tie-off and for tagline connection
- Rubber bumpers on all corners; forklift tubes under the counterweight end for transport between lifts
- 2" steel square tubing frame with a two-coat marine paint system
- Four-leg wire rope sling assembly (5/8" 6×36 IWRC, EIPS, swaged Flemish eyes) with 5/8" Crosby or Green Pin shackles
- Detailed general arrangement drawing and recommended practice available to all customers
